    I'm sure I read somewhere you can bypass BitTorrent Throttling...I use to have Comcast and they were just started to do this crap to their customers.

    Rogers in canada has been BitTorrent Throttling for years. THey also, well for about two years now, instituted a monthly cap for down/upload... I think mines like 95g/month. =(
