About LinkBacksim just curious on how i see some people with speeds up to 700 and 1000 kb/s and the highest i have ever reached would be 290kb/s, i use bitcommet btw if that helps.

When you do a speedtest (Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test) what potential down speed do you see (that should be your starting point...).

To know your real speed split your result up and down for 8 and you have the real speed of your bitorrent client.
2642:8=330kbs of max speed DOWN
349:8=43kbs of max speed UP

Because of that the inviters ask the speedtest.
how can i change the upload to higher and the download higher?
upgrade your mb with your isp which means pay more for faster bandwith
