Thread: The death of scenelife?

I've had torrents seeding on the tracker for awhile now and have been getting the "404 Error" in uToorent for the last 2 days!

This sort of thing has happened before so lets not get all pessimistic till we atleast here something from them about a closure.

I've been a member there for only 2 mo., so I'm fairly new, but others have told me that the site is nothing what it used to be. I'm a member at TL, IPT and RevoTT, and its true, those sites are way better for content, retention, peers and the like! But I still remain active on ScL and I'd hate to see it go. Hope the sites back to business soon!

I was there about 2 years ago..at a time when they were one of the first to freeleech packs...but after a while of being a secret "small tracker" it started to die and I jumped ship to ScT. It hasn't been the same since , maybe its first year, afterward it was forced to do open sign-ups and such. Good staff never had any problems but I doubt most members even of the tracker will even miss it.

Yes, everything is down but IRC SERVICES ARE UP! Yay! What would we do without those services?

I hope this is not true. The BT community has lost several great trackers over the last year and I would hate to see another one gone. Long Live Demonoid!

ScL was the first "high" level tracker I got onto. I hope they are ok.

Me too!I think they'll come back soon tought...

i know that it wasnt the best tracker but it had some good movie packs, good speeds and a great layout :)

it is also true that it had only few leechers and seeders which is sad it could be a much better site though :(

yea mine too :)

hope they're ok. love their freeleech packs. until now, my seeding torrents are still red.

I really liked the packs, will be a shame if it does go
