    Default Browsing multiple trackers

    Hi guys,
I searched for a way to browse all the trackers to find the same torrent on each (for cross-seeding), but without success.
So i tried to code it myself, with some python lines. Here is a little script : Browse Trackers
This script browse the trackers I have access to (IPT/BG/TL/RevTT/PTM) and search for torrents with the terms you give to the script. The first torrent found matching the terms is downloaded and store in the 'torrentDirectory'.

Before running it you have to modify some lines:
    - change the torrentDirectory value, to specify the destination directory of the downloaded torrents;
    - change the cookie property of each tracker. In your browser, look at the tracker's cookie, and copy/paste the uid and pass.

    Edit 05/02/2010:
Here is the lastest Win32 executable version : BrowseTrackers
This is an auto extractible executable, extract the files where you want.
Edit the 'user_config.xml' to change the cookie values.

    Edit 17/02/2010:
PirateTheNet and SceneAccess added. Use the trackers_config.xml here.

    List of supported trackers:
    - BitSoup
    - IPTorrents
    - TorrentBytes
    - RevTT
    - TorrentLeech
    - Bitgamer
    - Pretome
    - Bitme
    - Demonoid
    - Waffles (not tested atm)
    - Karagarga
    - theDVDClub (download link does not work)
    - Cinematik
    - PirateTheNet
    - SceneAccess

Feel free to report any bug/suggestion.

    Thanks for your attention.

Good god! That's cool and would really be useful for people like me who are on slow connections...

Youri36, you've done well....good job. You should probably do a nice tutorial of this and place it in the tutorial section. Keep up the good work.

    Update : add BitSoup tracker.

Sorry guys, I have no time to work on this, nor the other script to cross-seed...

Update : Win32 executable version (no python runtime needed)

For those allergic to python, I made a standalone version. The file is an auto-extract archive, unzip it where you want.
Edit your cookie values in the 'user_config.xml' file (remove the node of the trackers if you don't need them).
    Then launch 'BrowseTrackersUI.exe'
    Thanks for your comments.
