Thread: Christmas in torrent land

Ok so we've all heard of RevTT opening its doors on Christmas and many other amazing things trackers are doing for us. This thread has been created to bring everything any tracker is doing together
Post below if a tracker is opening its doors, giving bonuses, giving invites anything like that for Christmas and i'll add it to the list




-RevTT - Open sign ups (00:00 on the 25th of December). Torrent wait time system will be disabled for a period of time. (HERE) I believe this will be the sign up URL https://www.revolutiontt.net/signup.php. IRC bonus upload (HERE)

-Scenesound - Open sign ups (24th december for 24 hours).

-TorrentLeech - 'Stay tuned, AWESOME THINGS will be revealed in the next couple of weeks!!!' Taken from their home page

-ScienceHD - Application will open Christmas day (HERE)

-SuperTorrents - Loads of radom presents (HERE)

-ScL - Mystery present (HERE)

-TTi - Mystery present. The present is in the FAQs, you will need to wait till the 24th to be able to open it

-TorrentBytes - Everyday a pack will be uploaded with all kinds of torrent, free leech

-RMVB - Open sign up until the 26th

-TT - All torrent will be freeleech from December 25th until January 3rd

-PtN - Find Diamonds all over PtN + a present for everyone Christmas Day (HERE)

Free Request Day - December 20th

On the first day of Christmas, ST gives you the opportunity to make some free requests. Requests will be free of charge. Keep your upload credit and finally ask santa for those season DVD's you've had your eye on! Go ahead, it's free!
Open Signups Day - December 21st

On the second day of Christmas, ST gives your friends and family a gift - the gift of sharing! Run out of invites? Well today its open Signups for EVERYONE so be to sure to mark your calendar and send off that mass email reminder to your entire college campus.
Double Upload Day - December 22nd

On the third day of Christmas, ST gives you the chance to boost your ratio for the new year. All that you seed and/or upload will be counted twice, so all the requests you filled should provide a nice steady stream of upload credit. Keep those torrents open and you won't be dissapointed!
Free Invite Day - December 23rd

On the fourth day of Chirstmas, ST gives you a free invitation for your friends and family. Did you forget to tell your friends about open signup day? We've been withholding invites all year in preparation for ST 2.0 and now you can finally invite that friend your always bragging to. Each class with the exception of noobs will recieve 1 Free invite if they do not already have any. Give that special someone (or your friend who won't stop asking you for an invite) the gift of sharing!
Double Request Credit Day - December 24th

On the fifth day of Christmas, ST gives you the ability to fill requests for DOUBLE the reward credit! The previous day brought tons of new requests and there's no shortage of old ones so have a look through your hard drives and see where you can help out. User upload rules regarding multiple uploads will be suspended for this day. You can earn up to 4GB of upload credit, just for pressing upload!
Help Your Fellow Noob Day - December 25th

On the sixth day of Christmas, if you are Power User or above and have a ratio higher than 2 you will be allowed to 'donate' a portion of your upload credit to anyone that is of a lower class and ratio. Certain restrictions will apply. View the Help a N00b page for more details.
Lottery Day - December 26th

On the seventh day of Christmas, ST gives you the chance to win some major credit. That's right, for one day only we're bringing back the lottery. Buy your tickets and put on your lucky underwear cause this is gonna be a big one. The more members that purchase tickets, the higher the stakes. 10-20 (depending on number of participants) lucky members will win up to 500GB of upload credit to be added to their account. So, do you feel lucky? Well? Do ya?
Poker Day - December 27th

On the eighth day of Christmas, ST gives you some real cash. That is - if you're up to the challenge. Try your hand at not one, but three poker games; low, medium and high stakes. You will be playing against fellow ST members for the chance to be crowned the 1st Christmas Poker Champion of ST. Not only will you be able to win some money but if you place in the contest we'll give you some site related prizes too! See this thread for more information..
IRC & Forum Appreciation Day - December 28th

On the ninth day of Christmas, ST gives you an oppurtunity to meet and interact with our staff as well as people from all around the world. By this day we should have more than 750 members on IRC in order to qualify for the perks of the IRC Flood Contest. We'll be giving you tripple the idle credit just for joining IRC and we'll have games on the forums with rewards given just for participation. Our staff will be hosting a myriad of activities that will be exclusive only to our members joining us on IRC and in the forums, or both. Come see what makes this place a community, have fun and who knows - you might walk away with a padded ratio!
3rd Annual Double Donation Day Charity Drive - December 29th

On the tenth day of Christmas, ST really gets into the spirit of the season. We've given over $15,000 in member donations to Childs Play and Saint Judes Hospital and this year we're letting you choose the charity. As if that wasn't generous enough, we're giving you double the reward credit for your donations, earning you up to a whopping 50GB in upload credit. So even if you're not into charities, at least you get some major upload credit.
STm Signup Day - December 30th

On the eleventh day of Christmas, ST gives you the gift of music. Our sister site STMusic will be open to ST members only. Sign-up for an account and secure your source for the latest scene and user-contributed audio for the new year.
Half Download Day - December 31st

On the twelth day of Christmas, ST gives you whatever you want to download - for 'half price'! All torrents will only count for half of their total size. Not only that, but if we reach 1000 members in IRC by this day we will be extending "Half Download Day" into a full Free Leech on New Years Day and giving you double the upload credit. You did remember to ask santa for more hard drives didn't you?

Well this isn't a thread but here's RevTT's post about the IRC bonus.

IRC Bonus

It’s an easy way to win GB's of free upload credit for your RevolutionTT account. Everyone who's in #RevolutionTT At the time of the highest channel peak will win, and be awarded an upload credit on their account.

It is recommended that you install an IRC client to avoid any disconnects, due to too many trying to use the Websites Java Client. Windows users may want to install mIRC, Linux and Windows users may wish to use XChat. Remember to read the channel topic, no mentioning other trackers, no PM'ing staff without asking, English only, NO CAPS/COLOURS to name a few points, you will be kicked from the channel, persistent offenders will be IRC disabled, in other words: Behave yourself, don't insult members/staff, but do have fun.

Channel Invite Code: https://www.revolutiontt.net/irc.php

You must use the invite code from the above link to join the channel, staff will not invite members into the channel as the bot will not be able to award the account in the event of channel peak. Staff will not be spending a week or two sorting this out this year, if you don't get a bonus, then you weren't in the channel at the time of the highest peak.

If the highest peak is between 2000 and 3999 then everyone will be awarded 10GB, 4000 - 5999 is 20GB, 6000 - 7999 is 30GB - 8000 -9999 is 40GB, 10000 or more and its 50GB.
