Thread: Admin's & Mod's Of Torrent Sites

am i the only one who thinks 9/10 of these guys think they are gods gift to earth? most of the administrators or what not i have had contact with have been extremely rude and or just arrogant and stuck up. I think they are the guys who in high school who didn't get layed, and envied all the other kids so got there way to take out on them threw the internet lol i mean Jesus Christ. lol who agrees with me? not saying everyone is like that but some of these guys just think they are the SHIT

Yup . you are very much right. Me too feel the same way sometimes. But not all mods and admins. Some are actually quite nice and friendly

Zeus from Tracker-invites is one of those Admins. It's nice that he does giveaways, but he rules with an iron rod up his butt lol.

A lot of people change once they've been given/handed "what they think is" power. there's still a few mod/s who i considered okay/nice.

admins and mods have a lot of responsibility to deal with.......its not always possible for them to make all happy ...... i appreciate the mods and admins for their work ..

Hmm, I think the thought of mods and admins being 'assholes' basically is very poorly put. I mod one of the biggest trackers, or actually the biggest tracker in the world, and also on two other sites, and we aren't "gods". We are people. And other people take what we say the wrong way because they fail to read rules and follow simple guidelines.

No reason to point the fingers at us. We all lead a very stressful job with not much reward and no pay, and seems everyone fails to realize this.

Imagine a group of mods supposed to be able to handle 10 million or so peers every day and all day. Sound fun? Easy? Nope, But we want it to be easy and fun for everyone else, so thats why we do it.

Are we assholes sometimes? Probably. But why? Same shit day in and day out, and sometimes that gets frustrating.

Word of advise if you think mods are 'nazis'...read the rules, and ACTUALLY read them.

And for the ones who think we are "handed" power, you have no clue. We worked to get where we are with no rewards.

But, I'm sure there are some mods/admin who take that too seriously, and it's unfortunate.

What I dont get, is why do admins of torrent sites like TorrentLeech ban people who's IP address change
