Isohunt is not a tracker, merely a search engine. When I go on public trackers (only while really necessary) I also tend to search on Isohunt first, then TPB (as long as it's not down here in The Netherlands lol) or Mininova.
btscene and extratorrents quite good
TPB has very rare stuff which I haven't been able to find in private trackers!
TPB has too much viruses and the ads are disjusting. Much rather use miniova.
Demonoid and Mininova
I used ThePirateBay first, actually, it was the place I learned how to use torrent. I remember the time when gta:sa came out and me and 20000 other peers downloaded it day and night :). Thats why I use tpb today, too, if Im looking for something special or old stuff. Its my fav.
thepiratebay and mininova, mostly because they have a good interface and i can find almost everything i need there except from music videos in hq/hd.

Years back it started with Torrent-Reactor.to, but that quickly turned into crap (imo). Was introduced to TPB through an article in a Times magazine ( yes, anything that tells me the FBI is interested in it, does peak my interest....) And until now, was an avid public tracker user.
