Umm for classics I would go to KG. As for anime, your best bet would be bakabt. If not that, I would recommend IRC as there are numerous channels for anime. irc.rizon.net is a good place to start if you want to swing over that way. You could PM me for further detail on this if you like.
Animetoonic has all of Naruto, and has started getting weekly episodes of new naruto and bleach.
Also might want to ask someone about Cartoon Chaos, they carry some anime and tons of other great stuff.

For Classic Movies:KG,Secret Cinema,Goem,Gormogon,Cinnematik,Cinemageddon;Passt hepopcorn too has some good foregin movies.Depends mostly on whether you want DVDs or rips.
Anime:I d say Animatoonic and Animebyts.es
if you have trouble seeding then The DVD club is perfect for you : ) They specialize in bluray and HD rips and best thing about it is so long as you seed for 72 hours sall good : D doesnt matter if no one is leeching, just do your part seeding and you'll be right.
