Thread: More Info on SciHD points ban

Hey Everyone I as many other people here have recently been either permanently or temporarily banned dues to trading points for igiver. I have found some new info from one of the mods over there. They use an automated system for banning people trading for igiver. which i think is news to most people. This is how the conversation came up. I was banned then promised i would not do this anymore and was sincerely sorry. The mod i talked to said that they where just trying to eliminate the trading so today i logged on and was banned again at this time i did not know why. i found out that it was because someone that i had met on there irc and became friendly with had sent me some points well long story short he sent me 1000 points and it caused a disabled account. the mod then told me that it was on an automated system and finally re enabled my account once again. hope i have helped to start clearing this up.

Well we always knew they were watching us closely, if there is an automated system then there is really no way in getting around it, maybe the admins of TI will decide to completely cut off sciHD points giveaways

I'm disabled too since I receive 1000 points from bonus GA. I've gone to their IRC and they said that I will be disabled for some period of time because of this points - igivier problem. I don't know how long perhaps some weeks or months.

I got banned recently for the previous igiver
but I went to the chat... and they gave me my account back with 1 warning :(
be sincere... admit and say sorry.
They will ask you to fill out a survey... then will enable your account back.
In the survey... there is a question about link to your other profile tracker... just link it to a public or private tracker that you don't use because if something goes wrong in the future... they may contact the other tracker to ban you too.

SCHD banned me and said that trading rep for credits was against their rules, even though it wasn't against the rules at the time I joined SCHD or the time I received the credits.

So screw 'em. I'll be damned if I'm going to beg and plead just to get an account unbanned. There are plenty of other trackers in the world. And tbh I've never seen anything on SCHD that I couldn't get somewhere else.

I look at it this way. They lost more than I did. :)

Well, I have a different perspective tho.
Since you don't pay (money) for your words... just say what they wanna hear :)
