Waffles, but I don't have What so I couldn't compare the two. Waffles has almost everything I have looked for.

I would like to be part of What.cd someday, but they don't accept brazilians anymore

I'd have to go with what, but then again I haven't been to waffles to fairly compare the two so my answers heavily biased. Managed to find everything I need on what so far.
