What.cd is the best for me.

i'm not member of either of theese, i can usually find albums on the other trackers, but i was wondering if anyone knows what's good for latino music, my BF is from the Dominican and he likes some artist from the Dominican and Puerto Rico, can anyone recomend a tracker for this?
