Default Seeding tips/skills/tricks for specific tracks

Firstly, I'd like to point out that I know there is a similar thread in tutorial section, ctrl + c and ctrl + v 'ed from a FST article published about 1 year ago. Here, I'd like everyone to post their own tips and tricks, help each other to become a smart user on the tracker, and helping out new joiner to buff their accounts quickly. NOTE: Please do NOT post any tricks that break tracker rules and cheating methods.

    Start from me:
    IPT:
Generally speaking, IPT is a very easy tracker to seed and build up a buffer. They have a large library of freeleech torrents for everything, music, movies, movie packs and TV packs, you can actually find something you want/need. They other tricks it so visit RLSLOG and ZEROSEC, anything that is published there is guaranteed to have plenty of leeching going on. You don't really need a seedbox to survive there.

    SCC:
Speed is the key here. You need to be fast. After the torrents are pre for about 20 mins, there won't be much leeching going on. If you are patient enough, leave them for a few days, it is not impossible to get it to a 2:1 ratio. The MP3/0Day and Archive sections are freeleech, you may want to start from there just to get a decent buffer. Moreover, you may want to implement Irssi/x-chat/mIRC/RSS auto d/l, just to be the first group of guys to start leech/seed, which will give you a 3:1 ratio at least easily. A seedbox is recommended.

    Waffle:
I still haven't find a very effective way yet, it seems comics are generally good, other than that, you have to know something about music, i.e.: release dates for albums and grab it ASAP, popular albums can reach thousands of snatches within hours, be quick.

    BitMe:
Everyone has been saying that this is a very hard tracker to seed, however, I think that is not very true. It is easy to buffer up your account. There aren't many torrents added each day, about 20-40 or so, check it every few hrs and look for the new ones, if they are in the photography or dating category, just grab it, you will not regret. Both categories are very popular and will reach about 1XX - 3XX snatches eventually. Seeding for longer time will definitely help you there as well. Another trick there is to do the research, you are most likely to find similar torrents, check for the old ones, see how many times they have been snatched, statistics don't lie. If you do that, you can build up a buffer of 30GB easily.

Please add your own tricks guys.

I really want to make this thread more readable, so I have edited it again (yes, copying from the comments), thanks so much for sharing your knowledge guys. Please PM me if you don't want to see your comments quoted in the main thread.
Please "THANKS" the respective users if you feel their comments helped you.

BCG: Actually, you don't really need to build upload here because you'll have to seed everything you download here to a 1.0 ratio regardless of global ratio. Or use SP system if you can't get 1.0. Anyway, if you still want to work on that ratio for aesthetics, then simply check IGN.com for release dates. You should check once everyday, a week before the release of a game. Just one very popular game can last days.

BitmeTV - This is in my opinion the hardest tracker to seed at. The trick that I use is cross-seeding, cross-seeding, and more cross-seeding. Take note of when the popular new shows usually pre. Then, go to a very good scene tracker in terms of pretimes (ex: SCC, ScT, GFT, etc) and grab the release as soon as it pre's. Unrar it and wait for the torrent to be uploaded. (Why not just upload it yourself? Well, there are two reasons. First, most of the scene trackers have strict rules against uploading their content elsewhere including SCC and ScT. Secondly, for popular shows, it's not going to matter if you are the one to upload or not because you will notice that there are many others intending to cross-seed just like you. So, for most popular shows, as soon as you upload it, you will see that there are many other seeders besides you already.) Do this for the first few weeks of having your account before you even start using it. Afterwards, you will have made a nice buffer for yourself. From there on out, leave everything you download seeding in your client for as long as possible and you will be fine.

ScT - Here is another tracker that is a little hard to seed at. You can do one of two things here (or both). If you have another tracker that is very good in pretimes like SCC and GFT, you can use the same cross-seeding method described above for BitmeTV. (Note: Uploading is more than likely not going to be an option for ScT unless you have access to scene FTP dumpsites/topsites. However, cross-seeding is definitely a viable option.) The other way is to download popular packs and leave them seeding. All packs are free-leech so none of this will count towards your ratio. Also, if you download a popular pack (ex: full season DVDRips of popular tv shows), there are always new leechers coming in to download the pack. After just a week or two (sometimes after a mere couple days), you will notice that you are racking up a good amount of gbs. Again these are free-leech so you have nothing to lose by doing this... by using this method, your ratio can not go anywhere but up, and if you download the right packs, you will notice your ratio going up rather rapidly.

Partial seeding is always a good practice provided its not against the tracker rules. same goes for cross seeding. you want to use things to your advantage as in, for ScT all packs are FL so if you jump on a pack fast enough download 25% of a pack and start seeding that part you can get ALOT of upload from it. SCC is imo with a box one of easiest places to seed. set up the auto downloader to download all the FL DvdRip's, all mp3/0day under 100MB and all 2009 dvdrip movies and you should be all set. TL is generally easy to seed because they have so many people, grabing and partial downloading packs there is great.

to recap in general look at the FL use it wisely, partial seed when you feel its necessary and cross seeding never is bad, (unless its against the ruels :P)

I agree with IPT, which is my most recently joined tracker. What I've done is grab as many free leech things as is reasonable, and now I'm seeding to 14+gigs (10:1 ratio) After which point I plan to just keep my ratio at 10:1 forever.

The one thing I will say though is with most free leech downloads, there are so many uploaders that the uploading speeds aren't that great... just too few people to upload to, but its well worth the wait.

Need help? PM me and I'll find you the answer.

IPT has extremely good freeleech torrents. I have been getting 200 kbps upload on uTorrent for over 12 hours. So now, I've uploaded almost 15 gig and downloaded nothing. (Yay for Entourage free leech! :P)

Does anyone have tips for Bit-HDTV?

Also, I'd love some tips for new people starting out at TorrentLeech. Thanks, wonderful thread idea.

If you have low upload speed what u can do is that limit ur download speed, in that way u can connect to more peers and it will take longer to download and it will also match the upload speed in that way ur ratio will be 1:1.
and also freeleech is the best option.

For tracker like SCC this don't apply, other ppl will simply finish before you even reach 20%, hence no more uploading for you. if you have really bad connection and you want to maintain a good ratio/buffer on high profile and high speed trackers, it is essential to get a seedbox.
