HDME has permanent freeleech on a large number of torrents and almost all packages and torrents above a certain size are freeleech. It is also easy to browse the freeleech torrents. Remember though this is a site specialized on HD movies (see http://www.torrent-invites.com/track...hd-2010-a.html).

RARBG.com is basically a private tracker run almost the same way as a public tracker. No rules are enforced so all downloads are the equivalent of a freeleech but without even the seed time tracked. (See http://www.torrent-invites.com/track...al-2010-a.html for a review of the tracker)

I would also like to suggest to those who post here to take advantage of the great review section and post links to the relevant reviews for trackers that are mentioned, or at least links to the site and.or signup page. Do not just drop some acronyms in your post, take a little bit of time to add some real value help the readers save some time if they want more details.

Thanks to those who are already doing that, I always appreciate when someone takes some of their time to save some of mine.

HDcity.org is a dual language EN/CN HD tracker (working on a review now)
Lots of English and dual language HD content including some rare releases and rips of Blu-Ray disks that have not been released in US or Europe. Also great packages.

(Feb 22 update) Global site freeleech is over but there are still great many movies and packs on freeleech. Highly recommended for a starter movie enthusiast

HD-Space (http://www.torrent-invites.com/track...hd-2009-a.html) has a decent number of good quality HD movies on permanent freeleech and on partial ratios.

I think is an excellent starter HD tracker, good content some of it exclusive to the site, easy to seed, great bonus system (see review) that is also currently open for sign-up (HD-Space.org | High Definition BluRay Movies,TV Show,Music - Account Management) and is gaining momentum in both users and number of torrents.
