Thread: Torrent Tracker 'Levels'?

Well we all know (I think) each tracker has their own level. I see people stating that so-and-so tracker has a level 6 or 4 or whatever.



What I'm wondering is where do they get it from? Is there a certain list that shows tracker levels? If so can someone link me to it...I think it's on FST somewhere .
