don't use public alot, but when i do i always seed atleast 1:1 (usually go well over) as it's so easy to seed and if everyone did just 0.5 or nothing torrents just die. it's about sharing

Yes, of course! Why wouldn't you seed to 1:1? Even though it is a public tracker you're screwing over all the people that helped you out. Don't be greedy, AT LEAST seed to 1:1 pass it on to the next fellow! And if there isn't a full copy out there, I usually upload till there is. I think that's how it should be. No better yet that's how it was meant to be! in Azureus you can't drop the seed ratio below .5, it should be 1!

Yes, will seed back 1:1. Just find that it has much more content that i want. Will limit my speed, public leecher are hungry ghost.
