Any1 knows how do I contact ScL?

I think they blocked my IP Range and i like to talk to them (IRC is blocked as well).

Yeah but i dont have it... i get a "404 not found" error when i try to login

Yeah... i thought about this option but its been "down" for 3 days now... AND (i know - i should have started with the "and" part ;) ) - A friend of mine (from ENgland) was able to connect to the site (but he doesnt have an acc there so he cant view these details).

If you can post the URL I can see if its down or not.

You've tried .net URL? They changed from .org to .net recently
