Thread: How can I increase my ratio if nobody leeches?

All of theses comments are very helpful really
But living on many trackers is an easy job
had no porn
My remedy:
1. Download samples from movie and seed them for long
2. Download Porn newly released or with high seeds
3. Download new stuff that u know ill be popular

It was very hard for me to start on TL because i had 48 hour on new torrents and it has no porn :D

A simple rule that makes logical sense is to find a small file with only a few seeders and a large amount of leeches.

you can reseed old dead torrents with leeches =) that will give you a ful/max upload speed :D

If you have a fast connection simply being one the first to join a popular torrent will give you good ratio. I look for popular series and try to be one of first to leech even if im not interested in the content.

Some private tracker makes packs for TV shows they already have as a single release. Download the single release and you can upload it on same tracker (one as full seed other as partial seed). This makes it easy to make a collection. ( It worked perfectly on TL for me :P )

A great way is to download just the sample of the movies, specially the large files, people is downloading a sample before download a 25gb 1080p movie.

If you don't download much stuff then just try downloading the popular files (especially 720p tv/movies and games) which get lots of peers and see that way. There's a couple of popular games or movies coming out each week and just keep seeding them, HDD space is so cheap now

I've had this problem on What for the longest time. I slowly gain upload credit if I leave uTorrent open 24/7. But this has to be for months at a time which just isn't acceptable. I've never tried downloading very popular torrents only because why should I download something I won't even listen to? I don't have the space for that. Some people have said port forwarding may be the solution but I've tried to no avail. If someone has any suggestions, I'm open.
