what do you guys think about the "freeleech" torrents on IPT? have you found that is a good way to build your ratio? It seems like it would be..
I just want to know b4 I load the 162GB mega movie pack...

I think capping the download limit is one of the ways to build up ratio.
if the torrent is latest, more so the reason. It may take time, but eventually we will receive the file and with a very good ratio of around 1 and on completion the normal seeding, till i bleed. Eventually we may have a retio of above 3 for the torrent !!
The problem with TL is one get very less amount of time to get to the ratio of 4.0
My advise is:: download the content from public trackers and seed them in TL. And when your ratio become very good, (at least above 1.5) download some thing which you need from TL.

guys, how you cross seed the public torrent from your pvt tracker? Is the file there sharing in the pvt same as in public?
It does not matter where you got the files, they just have to be the same. Take a look at this tutorial for detailed information ;)
Reseeding usually works for trackers where newer torrents aren't available for new users.

By doing so you can upload more amount of data than while you're downloading.
