Thread: How can I increase my ratio if nobody leeches?

Also, part seeding helps alot.

As everyone so far has said, cross seeding works very well....but...always make sure that the torrent you decide to cross seed is very popular and that can be a hit-or-miss situation. But if you want to increase your success, try to do some research into how popular the movie/show is with the general public first. For instance, i have cross-seeded one torrent on TL (still going) that has given me over 25GB upload credit in the last 3 weeks.

Sometimes you get lucky..sometimes not...but if you research you increase your odds of success.

I normally just seed new torrents or upload some of mine, but occasionally use the bonus system in place on the site if it has one too.

I would definitely say partial seeding is the way to go. Find a popular movie and download the sample and nothing more. Then just leave it to seed like crazy. It will boast your ratio in no time. Because when you partial seed the server looks at you as if you were downloading and not uploading and therefore gives you preference which gives you more connections to seeds, which equals better ratio :D

Interesting I didnt know about that the server looks you DL when you are partial seeding

Do you have any proof on that??? I really would like to believe it, and I'm gonna try it, because that's one of those insider tips that would make you a god if you can prove it.
