    Default incomming vs port forwarding

    why ?
    sometime it's turn to green(ok) n warning(no incoming connection) too

    if your asking why your port is open then its because the port is forwarded... check this site out if you need more help... PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall

    It could also be that your torrents are just all without leechers and that is why you don't have any incoming connections?

    Do the trackers report you as connectable or not? If they do so you are. =)
    Also it might take a while for the sign to turn green.
