I do... It is better to be safe than sorry and risk losing your account. And it is not that much material anyway.
Yea I read them, some sections more specifically than others.
they are all same read one and you read them all but I always read rules
I usually skim over them to make sure nothings different from other trackers, but the main part I look for is the user classes and the requirements for each one.

mm..i think i read them sometimes,sometimes not..just for the reason everyone says it earlyer..they are the same in the most of trackers..if i ever could get into my favorite trackers i will read them only for the reason not to loose my account because of the wait time i spend to get in them..sorry for my bad english..
I skim through the faqs and rules. If there's something important that hits me, I read that section over carefully.
it depends on if rules are short and easy to read. and I read always as I get warned :D
