I disagree, I mean ask yourself what is a seedbox? It's a dedicated pc for torrenting usually with a high bandwidth connection. But some people just genuinely have better internet connections than others, of course a person with 56k is going to have a lower ratio that someone with 100 meg. So where do you draw the line?

I hear in Sweden 100Mbps home connections are cheap and common, should Sweden be banned from trackers because their internet is to good?

Besides everyone likes downloading at insane speeds. Getting your ratio up may take time if you're competing with users that have seedboxes but would you rather spend a month downloading something or a month seeding it?

I love seedboxes. I have a slow home connection so they allow me to download all the content I want and share it back without having to leave my computer on 24/7.

the bad thing with seedboxes is that everyone is using them to make a huge buffer,usually as long as upload speed is good.therefor only new content is well seeded

Though I can understand Seedboxes are kill the initial essence essence pf p2p.....As ther are not exactly a PC....its a dedicated server actually...associated with really high spped...acting as a peer for the purpouse of download......and Upload...

But then I didnt understand the point.... definately he has to download down the stuff oNto his PC from seedbox....... For that again HE have WAIT LONG to download the entire stuff........ oR DO THEY EVEN SUPPLY POSTING THE STUFFS ON DISKS...

So..., what will you say about that....

A seedbox is just a fairly high speed server. Most are not even that fast if your use to ftp. However there are pluses and minus. A person that has a seed box has a big advantage on this site for getting invites! People are not judging the people but if they have a seedbox. Of course they will not say you need one for the invite but time and time again the person that wins the invite is using a seedbox. If simply a unfair advantage.
Now the plus side is this if there were no seedboxes you would be waiting a very long time for your torrents. The only reason a new torrents gets to you so uick is because of folks using seedboxes. Its a very clear invention for hosting compaines. Hosting companies still make most of there monet by hosting sites but because of this up surge in the torrent community the hosting companies are doing much better. One sever cn hosts a lot of user accounts. If you want to make money in this game just buy a few servers and have a small sewrver farm and sell seedboxes. Even at $10 a month you will make money because of the volume.

Actually seedboxes are reason why you can download files with your maximum speed. And if you don't like them you can still use private trackers and keep your upload speed maxed all the time or stick to emule or some other programs.
You should be happy that people actually pay to upload faster and allow you to get files earlier.
Added: Imagine if there was a tracker where users had to limit their upload to, for example, 10kb/s. Would you download from there?
