Wow I might go for the Soccer one :) Can't find any good internet feeds.

actually they are all together, at least for footy and nhl.
i am seeding a footy torrent but the bonus also counts on nhl.

For live games I always go to MyP2P.eu :: Free Live Sports on your PC, Live Football, MLB, NBA, NHL and more.... Usually any big game has lots of feeds available on there, and theres always one or two good quality streams among them (in English or other languages if you prefer)

Just signed up for this footy torrents place-seems pretty good for full matches but it seems like theres not as many small files (e.g. highlights of specific matches, goal compilations etc).

Unfortunately, this collection of sites isn't so hot at providing Baseball and Basketball, which are the sports I'm lacking good trackers for.
I definitely use Hall of Fame torrents from time to time, as they do post intermittent games, but their coverage of Hockey and Footy far surpasses anything else they have.

Still on the search for Baseball and Basketball trackers!
