Thread: Waffles.fm\What.cd - just albums?

I know this trackers are for music...
but define music..i'm guessing it's just music albums (old & new from all times and all ganers, right?that what makes them uniqe..)

don't get me wrong!i love music very much but i more of a singels lisnter and not albums...

so correct me if i'm wrong...if singels is also uploaded there maybe i'll try to get invitation to waffles

You could always choose to download the single track(s) within the album using uTorrent rather then downloading the whole album.

yeah these trackers are more for serious music fans, not people who want the latest song they've shown on MTV (if MTV still shows music), I don't think a tracker like that is for you.

they're great if you demand the highest quality. this way you know exactly where your music is coming from, and dont have to worry about transcoders

well actually there are a good deal of transcodes on private trackers for highly sought after material, it just gets rooted out quickly

You are correct in thinking that both Waffles and What are for albums.

idk about What.CD, but Waffles.FM has mostly albums. In uTorrent, you can choose to only DL one, a few, or all of the songs (files). IK that Waffles also has single songs as promos.

What.CD, you search an artist and all the albums that they have, in all the formats that they have, appear for you to DL. In waffles, pretty much the same, but What i think is a little more organized (using Gazelle). However, I find Waffles to have better content, personally, and nicer staff. They also have the Points shop, which i like as well. Lastly, they have a pink theme that imitates oink :).
