My download speed is only 536 kbs and upload speed is 176kbs.....and this is already the average broadband speed in malaysia.

Comcast throttles upload speed with Sandvine, that may very well be the problem facing the original poster.
assholes at comcast...ima try and look into verizons internet service
i got around 700kb some tracker i have speed 1 mb and more lolollo ::)
Ur seed speed it also can change by the peer that is downloading throught u
if the peer have a dl speed of 100kb/s you will not be able to seed more than that to him
very few isps provide such gr8 speeds....
My download speed is about 700kb/s but my upload is like 2 kb/s
