New tracker looking to build a community

Hello T-I. We have opened a new tracker that specializes in ipad/iphone/Andriod apps and games.

The tracker is fairily new and we are currently short on staff. We are looking to build a community on this tracker.
Need the following roles:

IRC operator
Forum Administrator
Tracker Mod
Uploader

There are specialized forums, sites for this kind of stuff.
Have existed many mobile torrent sites but all died.
