WHAT ARE THE RULES?
- You must be using this tracker for while, so I will ask you to post here proof link you already gave to anybody else as a proof to a GA, yes it can be an old one, but you can also produce a new one if you like.
- I will normalize your answers (ie chinese, CHINA, ch and chinA will become Chinese).
- If you post a too different answer from people here, they are free to comment and if too much people disagree, I'm sorry, but I'll not use your data for that particular tracker, but you will be able to rethink and post again.
- You can change your mind and vote again to a particular tracker, only the last vote will count.
- Vote variables are fixed (there are many), but you can create subcategories get more information about your beloved tracker, like HD, Chinese, Ratioless or watever you want
- You can ask for help here or by PM if you prefer.
- You must vote from 1 (bad) to 10 (awsome).
- You can vote to as many as topics you want, but the minimum vote is (SPEED, CONTENT and COMMUNITY).
- You can change your mind or add info and vote as many times as you want.
- You can vote to more than one tracker in a single post, and you can trump your vote(s) in another post, some days later and you can do that as many times as you need to.

I DON'T TRUST UNRANKED PEOPLE, IS THERE A VOTE WEIGHT SYSTEM?
Yes, we have. If you gave proof, votes are weighted (multiplied) by T-I rank:
- 10% or proofless users: 1x
- 33% or VIP: 2x
- 55%: 3x
- 75% and 99%: 4x
- 100%: 5x
- Exalted (and max VIP rank): 6x
- Junior Mod or Retired Staff: 7x
- High Ranked Staff (Moderator, Super Moderator, Administrator): 8x
- Tracker Reviewer: 10x
- VIPs (will rank from 2x to 6x) with this formula: MIN( ROUNDUP( MIN(number of posts/500, 1) + MIN(number of iGivers / 100, 1) + (reputation marks / 20) + MIN(Posts Per day/5, 1) + MIN(Likes Received / 200, 1) + (months on T-I / 12) ), 6)
I.E. I'm a VIP so mine will be 0.416 + 0.13 + 0.3 + 0.29 + 1.03=1 + 0.25 = 2.38 === 3 (You're a VIP, so I will round you UP, but max is 6x)
If you are a VIP you don't have to do any calculations, but you'll have fill up some VIP variables so the system calculate it for you. If you don't give them, the system will rank you as a 33%.
WHY REVIEWER IS BIGGER THAN AN ADMINISTRATOR?
Because I believe that this guy might not have a lot of experience at a tracker as you, but he/she looked into everything there, worked hard to write a review, got to pass through moderation here to publish it and it's not only a matter of trustworthiness, but also a form of reward all that great work.

UPLOAD: how easy is to create and upload your own torrents there? (1 = too difficult to start, 10 = too easy)
INVITES: how easy is to get invites to it? (1 = very hard to get into, 5 = kind of easy, 9 = very easy, 10 = open tracker)
RETENTION: how easy is to find very old torrents there? (1 = forget about old torrents, 10 = 100% of retention)
CROSS: cross seeding can help you building ratio? (1 = you cannot cross seed, 10 = it can help you a lot and it's easy)
BONUS: how's the bonus system (1 = there is no bonus system, 10 = easy to get bonus and use it)
FREELEECH: is there freeleech content? (1 = no, 5=sometimes or a few, 10 = loads)
USAGE: how much do you efectively use this tracker (1 = once in a year, 10 = every day)
UNIQUENESS: how exclusive is the content of this tracker? (1 = you can find the same content in many other trackers, 10 = you hardly find it elsewhere)
HD: how do you classify the HD content of that tracker? (1 = there is no HD content, 5 = fair, 10 = it´s an HD tracker, there is no SD content)
WHY DO I HAVE TO PROOF MYSELF AS A USER A TRACKER I'M VOTING TO?
You don't have to send any proofs, unless you want to be ranked in this survey weight system (10%, 33%... VIP, etc).
Remember when I said this is serious business? I don't want people here voting zeros for my beloved tracker, do you? If the person is a user, I think she/he has the right to express her/his feelings, don't you?
So you can use an old image proof, with the name of another guy, that's ok if your name is in that proof too or if you can prove somehow it's yours.

Yes, pretty much free, it's your playground, use your imagination! As soon as you say that a tracker is Ratioless, your are creating a new subcategory that people can use as well. And if you thought about a new great subcategory, you can write a post of subcategories to many trackers at a time, like:

CAN I TRUMP INFO FROM ANOTHER USER?
You can trump tracker info from another user, like a new review link or you can add a mising tracker URL, but, if you are not adding but trumping an info, you'd better talk to the user before doing that, because he/she can trump it back and I'll have to talk to you, to moderators, admnistrators, god or even my mom about that. :)
AN IMPORTANT INFO IS MISSING FROM YOUR LIST, CAN YOU ADD IT?
Of course I can but some amazing people here already reviewed all those and, if I add it, everybody who wants to contribuite to your info will have vote again, this is not a problem for me, but can be for them. Are you really sure you cannot use it as a SUBCATEGORY?
WHAT IS THE ENDING DATE OF THIS SURVEY?
I don't really see it ending, new trackers will come to the scene, some will die, you'll change your idea about one or two and you can come back here and vote again. But, of course, T-I staff has power to decide the fate of this survey, so, who really knows?
DO I NEED TO REPEAT USER AND TRACKER INFO AGAIN AND AGAIN?
No, you don't have to, if you already posted your info in a previous post (like your proof to that tracker, rank and VIP vars) or if your tracker info is correct and you don't want to trump or complete it, you can just delete all those lines from your vote and just tell me who you are and to wich tracker you're voting to, that's the real minimum:
