China has several good HD trackers: CHDbits,HDChina, HDRoad,HDStar,TTG. And also many other general trackers.

Well we've got TheBox over here, but I don't think we have anything else of note.

In India Desitorrents, DesiBBrG, ICTorrents, BWTorrents

Filelist is hands down the best tracker from Romania, and I will take the liberty to say it's one of the best general trackers in the world at this particular moment. I am also a member on Freshon.tv, which is also one of the best trackers with tv shows content. I would like to also mention Docspedia, which is a pretty good, and also higly underrated elearning tracker, some may say it's really similar in the matter of content with the more famous BitMe. Here's a list of other romanian trackers (not so famous as the above mentioned though):

Karagarga.net from Turkey.

It has very good classic, historic and cult movies

Lithuania have 3 big trackers:

Linkomanija.net - my favourite one. Best speeds, good community, quite alot torrents (about 58000) . Only invite
Torrent.lt - 175 000 torents (yes it's very big) . Only invite
Seeders.lt - 25 000 torrents I don't know how it's now but because I have invites so I think it's also only invite.

All of them are general trackers and for family I can recommend Linkomanija because it don't have any adult material... Most torrents have torrent.lt but I really don't know why for me LM is better... maybe design, community...... It's like choosing from two womans one have nice ass another one nice boobs.... It's to difficult.....

P.S. In all of these trackers is very easy to maintain ratio so if you can get I recommend TRL or LM . If you have internet with 200Mb/s and more these trackers is for you. I have 100Mb/s internet and almost 80 procent of my downloads are about 80-90 Mb/s (real download speed).... but if torrent have a lot of seeders I think you can reach maybe even 1Gbit/s speed with seedbox.

2. PTN - Pinoy-talaga.net - they dubbed themselves as the first Filipino tracker
