I don't know what tracker is but just send a PM to staff and explain the things like that. maybe it's confusing for they and you need to clarify all :).

No, because you each have a different passkey for torrents. They don't really go by IPs anymore, since most seedboxes are shared.

if 2 ppl are sharing a same seedbox on a same port ,
u cannot have 2 ppl seeding a same tracker,u are sure to get banned(reason will be dupe account)

so if ur friend is seeding IPT then u seed something else.

each seedbox has a constant ip (static ip),but when a seedbox is given by a provider to different people,he provided each user with a different port.
if u are seeding from a different port even keeping the ip same ,it will not cause u any harm.

But the box had/have has got only 1 assigned port ,so if u are sharing the box with your friend ,keep in mind - dont seed a same tracker at a same time .
