    IPT doesn't record or punish based on hit and runs. Build yourself a big buffer and you could hit & run as much as you want.

    This is true but I the system does not apply. I think it's unfair to other members torrent trackera however it is called.

    It's not unfair. It might not be the best way to promote seeding, but the speeds are pretty decent. If IPT staff had a problem with the system they could always change it. Sites promote seeding in their own ways, be it from requiring a certain seed time or requiring a certain ratio.

    I see no problem.

    because of i need exchange torrent
    and some file seem is no leech,but ratio above at 0.2
    so , can sure me to delete this ?

    It's up to you. Why not keep it there unless you are running out of space? It is not going to hurt you in any way.

    As hsharma said, IPT are only concerned with your overall ratio, not your ratio on any one given torrent. So if you're out of space on your seedbox and you've decided you want to delete an IPT file so that you can download another one there's nothing to stop you doing so.
