rutracker, LM, TRL, Kinozal....... there is a lot easy seeding torrent portals. But if need to choose only one I think it will be LM (linkomanija.net). From new torrents I almost always get 10 : 1 seed: leech ratio.
actually my Home Connection upload speed is crap so there is no easy to seed tracker for me ,i have to use a seedbox.
even with that i like to use my ratio trackers rather than my ratioless trackers.
The easiest tracker to seed without a seedbox so far has been IPT for me.
