We are talking here about full Blu-rays, i.e. untouched video and audio and untouched extras (that is, Remuxes do not count, because they don't have extras). Excluding HDBits for obvious reasons, here is a list of the trackers of interest:
1. Chinese trackers: CHDBits, HDChina, HDRoad.
CHDBits and HDChina are usually the first ones to release full Blu-rays (usually US editions) of new "blockbuster" movies (e.g. Thor, Drive, Transformers 3 and similar crap). More often than not, the release of the full Blu-rays is pretty close in time to the scene encodes, but both trackers cap their upload speeds (well, the internal uploaders), so that they have time to release their encodes first in order to be the first p2p encodes.
HDRoad is a genuine source for lots of "non-blockbuster" movies, e.g. Criterion Collection, other classics, older actions and similar.
Since all three trackers are Chinese, don't expect great speeds on most of the old torrents (but if you really want the movie, you can wait to leech it completely, though; slow seed is still better than no seed), unless they are complete freeleech.
Some stats:
CHDBits: currently 3888 active blu-rays
HDCHina: currently 2712 active blu-rays
HDRoad: currently 3535 active blu-rays
2. Russian trackers: HDClub and BlueBird.
Russian trackers are known for the long life of their torrents. Pretty much everything there is seeded and even well seeded with good to great speeds. However, they also have R5 content (a.k.a. digital telecine), so if you want best quality, you should read the descriptions carefully. They also have some custom-modified blu-rays (added russian subtitle and audio tracks), but the extras are preserved. Of course, lots of CEE content.
Some stats:
BlueBird: currently about 1200 active blu-rays
HDClub: currently about 2800 active blu-rays
3. Other HD trackers:
HD-Torrents: they gather lots of blu-rays from all over the places, but they don't always live very long (cause lots of folks with fast connections, so they don't need to seed long). They also have some unique titles that are still seeded and hard to find anywhere else. Whatever old blu-rays are seeded, they are relatively well-seeded with good speeds.
BitHQ: genuine source for lots of older titles, home of the infamous Shadowman, they allow only untouched blu-rays, really a great place for full Blu-rays, e.g. Criterion Collection, older movies, classics, older actions and similar. Speedwise, it is 50-50 situation, kind of depends whether is an internal upload or not.
SceneHD: they have early releases of non-major Blu-rays (usually German and/or interlaced editions). Disadvantage is that they are all rared, and also it happens quite often that these sources are actually factory-upscaled DVDs, and there is no way to check before downloading because they don't upload any screenshots. On the positive side, blu-rays are always free and you can hit-n-run as much as you want, so you don't need to seed a low-quality blu-ray transfer.
DVDseed and HDEvo: a Polish tracker and a Hungarian tracker with relatively good amount of CEE content.
Some stats:
HD-Torrents: currently about 1300 full blu-rays
BitHQ: currently about 1100 full blu-rays
As for other trackers like HDME, Bit-HDTV, HDStar, HD-bits.ro, Framestor (now BeyondHD) etc., these all are lower in the food chain because they all get their blu-rays from the above places.

Apparently, people who are interested in that topic don't have accounts there, so I am fairly sure their chances to get in there are next to 0.000000001 ;)
