    Default What's the difference between normal tracker and HD tracker?

    I have some normal trackers, but don't have any HD trackers.

    1. does HD tracker only contains HD content? while normal tracker contains both SD and HD content (like PTP and BTN).

    2. if I have BTN(Normal tracker), then do I need to get into BIT-HDTV(HD tracker)?



    3. What's the advantages of the HD trakers?

    Usually HD trackers contain HD files with a minimum quality of 720p HDTV encodes like SceneHD for instance. Other HD trackers have a minimum quality of 720p HD-DVD. It all depends on the tracker but the content is always "HD". The difference is that you will never find dvdrip, xvid or generally SD content. The only exception among HD trackers on that is BIT-HDTV I think which contains a few xvid's.

    The key difference is that HD trackers contain solely HD content. Most HD trackers also have their own internal encoding groups. ie: AHD has FoRM, HiFi; HDbits has DON, CtrlHD, CRiSC, EbP, ESiR and like a million others, etc. The exception is SceneHD which only have scene releases.
