It all depends on what kind of documentaries you are looking for.
If it's mainstream documentaries that are very popular like Frozen Planet then you can get those from practically any tracker that uploads videos.
For certain content like science, wildlife and history ScienceHD has a good range, also it's easy to seed there as they have a good bonus points system: ScienceHD (SHD) Review
But for any other kind of documentaries I would say go for BitMe as it has more content but it is harder to seed but don't let that put you off as it is a great tracker: BitMe (BM) Review

Docspedia is specialize in documentaries and it's maybe your best choice.
