Yes it would appear that way. I have contacted them through Staff PM to find out.
Honestly, the tracker has nothing you can't find pretty much everywhere else and it had pretty slow speeds and not many seeders/leechers.
So really it is no big loss for me. :)
I PM'd staff as well. Solution is imminent for DNS issues.

The DNS issues have been sorted but it will take time to propogate. There isn't an issue with irc as far as I know. There are over 100 users in main chan right now.
There is a workaround to access the site in the meantime.
in /etc/hosts add the following line 174.137.49.178 tehconnection.eustatic.tehconnection.eu

That was my first thought, they are moving away from GoDaddy after their support to SOPA.
