Thread: Resetting uTorrent statistics

Hey guys, Does anyone know if i can reset utorrent statistics? Wan't to start off clean and build my ratio... it currently displays 0.02 (HORRIBLE RIGHT?) but recently started seeding 2:1. Thanks in advance and merry Christmas.

If you want to do that because you think it will give you the opportunity to get into better private trackers I have to disappoint you.
Applications for a tracker are always done with ratio proofs from other private trackers, but at the beginning you can start of with trackers from giveways that don't have high requirements (maybe only a speedtest) or trackers that are for open signup.

If you want to reset them for some other reason, you can easily do it with a reinstall, because other than that it would be OS depending.

utorrent ratio is meaningless EVERYWHERE (not just on our site) because it doesn't count the data transmitted through seedboxes. that is why tracker proofs are used as widely...

...but as you're using the utorrent 3.0, i'd recommend you uninstall it and run a 2.2xx version as they are stable and allowed by most of the trackers you're going to join .
