Japan sites / European music releases
Maybe title is wrong or difficult to understand.
Many bands release specially CD release in Japan. This kind music are
not big music site like (what.cd, waffless).
It would be great, that anyone knows this kind of sites. I have
expecially search of Tangerine Dream Japan release material.
This material can be Torrenttech, but I have not rights sites.

I have no idea about the different trackers for this material but I just did a search and the following tracker seems to be a good one for Japanese Music.
It's called Jpopsuki and has some good reviews also I have seen a couple of invites in the 10% forum so it should be easy to get once your intro has been accepted. Here is the link for the review:

i assume that you are finding CD of Japanese Edition right?
Japanese always re-master CD around world which are in better quality
i do find a lot of these things from rutracker.org
i can only confirm in the metal & rock music
others i dont know
if you are finding Japanese music, like ASH said join Jpop
Well I find material, which has re-master CDs. Something I have found in rutracker.org,
but only few.
