Thread: Anyone from TorrentVault ?

I have a question. Recently server was down and when it went back to life i can not login. It says my account is disabled. I dont know why, unless they counted the time when the server was down and i wasnt able to seed as hit`n`run....
I was trying to reach their Irc, but i couldn`t connect. Anyone knows if their irc is up? Or they changed their irc channel? Or is there any other way to contact them?

I there Irc sever is the same but i am not for sure. Might have to wait for someone else to help you but here it is'

i have the same problem when i try to login he saild Your username or password was incorrect

Finally i was able to access their irc. Thanks to Neo34 i figured that i didn`t have my SSL set up correct. I wrote on #tv-help channel about my problem but had no respond for an hour. It was late, so i went to bed and when i woke up my TV account started working again.
So, i guess you should try to reset your password first and if it won`t work talk to staff on #tv-help channel...

you just have to make sure your irc client has ssl

Install openssl from here. And then connect to IRC by typing /server irc.torrentvault.org +9022 Than just join the channel (/join #tv-help)
It might ask you to register your nickname.(/register password youremailaddress)
That is what i did to access the irc-channel..

It has nothing to do with sever... Maybe you have had broke TV rules.

Why I can not join the IRC ?
Is there any way that we do this with out going in to IRC ?
Can any body else do this for me ?
