I currently use Spotify Premium for most of my music needs. I wish to discontinue use of Spotify and instead have all my music files locally, as opposed to streaming them. So now, I have hundreds of songs from hundreds of artists that I wish to have locally stored on my machine. I was planning on using an application called groovejaar (http://code.google.com/p/groovejaar/) which allows quick downloads of songs by pulling the tracks from Groovshark's servers. The only problem is, if you download too many songs too quickly, your ip address is blacklisted by Grooveshark and you lose download access.
Which leads me to this post. Is there anything short of searching for each individual song on a music tracker one by one that will allow me to convert my Spotify collection to a local collection?
All help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
