    Default being accused of cheating

question about how i can resolve this? apparently, a tracker has recorded me having an upload speed of xx mbps which is signifincantly higher than what my seedbox can even handle - i have no idea how this occurred. i;ve tried to provide screen prints to show the seedbox, bot couldn't get the upload speed to what they're claiming is a problme. since i didn't cheat, nor purposely alter upload speeds, i don't seem to have much of explanation of what's occurred. the tracker has since demoted me - 11 months of participating on this tracker has been for naught -
Is it even possible to have an accusation like this reversed?
how can one suggest i rectify this?

That is unfortunate. Most trackers do not have a problem with seedboxes of course. But a few like IPT will sometimes flag your account for review if your seedbox or home connection speeds are higher than average. This is because higher speeds, probably alongside having a high ratio or other "flags" raises suspicion that you might be trying to cheat. Usually if you provide them with seedbox screen shots and answer their questions, you would be vindicated and put the experience behind you.

Presumably they have penalized you because you could not demonstrate that your seedbox was as fast as they recorded it on a particular torrent. I would suggest that you talk to tracker staff and politely make your case. In most cases, the staff will help you document your speeds or otherwise clear your name. Ask them if you can do the speed test again + take care to pick very fresh and popular torrents that will have greater speeds.

But the ultimate decision will rest with the tracker. If you can't persuade them to reverse their decision, then ask them to outline what options are available to you.

I'm still irritated how IPT handles seedbox users, because I have already heard from quite a few people that got warned or 'flagged' for cheating there. Your case may be not from IPT, but it's still the same issue.
They have stated in their FAQ that they know what a seedbox is and don't need people to contact them for this reason.

I think your best bet would be to friendly contact staff via IRC and politely ask them for the time when they spotted you uploaded at a very high speed and if you use a shared seedbox you can contact the support (if you use a reseller) and ask if they can provide you with the usage statistic of the server, because it's still possible that you have been incredibly lucky (in this case unlucky), your server was nowhere near full load and you are able to achive great speeds. Tracker staff may be kind enough to allow that as evidence and clear your name.

Same problem here, got flagged at IPT for too high a upload speed when I used my gigabit seedbox to upload 200 gb in a day. Still trying to resolve it...
