Currently SCC has a good number of packs, around 4200 with diversified genre.Once upon a time ftn used to have a lot of quality packs but over a period of time it has reduced with the number and currently it hovers around 1270.PiN used to have a good number of packs but the project and the site didn't work well enough for the site to last long.But, IPT rules in this category with a huge 6800 packs but the speed sucks on some of the old packs.Also fsc has around 300 packs in total of different genre.

Thanks for the tips about IPT, it has a lot of stuff just need to use search to find them. Not so good organized, but there are a lot of hidden gems. Really a underestimated tracker, and would be great if the speed was better.
SCC is very good, but a lot of the packs is what I find elsewhere: series and music
Isn't mentioning SCC once enough?
GFT has a new section for packs and they release quite a few of them each day. The problem is that the big packs die very easily, due to lack of seeders, but the speeds are pretty good even with one seeder.
Another tracker that hasn't been mentioned before is UK-2. It's a very small tracker, but known to have quite a few packs. It has the same downside as GFT.

SCC became popular because of their high quality packs back in the day and they haven't lost any of their flavor.
If you are looking for huge packs including the best scene releases SCC is the place to go.
