    Default HD-Torrents Question

Has anyone noticed that their invite tree under their profile will have missing members?

I think I noticed this a while back but today I was looking at my invite tree and there are definitely invitees missing from it. I am not sure if these invitees got banned. I sent the staff a PM about when I noticed it a while back but never received a response.

I just find it odd that they would remove the invite record of a banned person from the tree.

Certainly makes it difficult to report someone .

On a few trackers I have they removed invitees that were disabled for inactivity. I think those members you invited were disabled not banned. IPT was one of them that did that to me. I haven't invited anyone on HD-T yet, but it might be the same.

Yea I invited a friend that I know personally, not an online friend. He was a noob and wanted high level trackers that I was not comfortable handing out, so I said start with IPT. After a while as I guessed he had no up or down on it, I checked later on and he was completely off my list. He was disabled, he even told me "yea I never used it."

EDIT: I'm not saying HD-T does that, just saying from experience on other trackers. Also, it was never a tracker that was a higher level. It was IPT and another tracker that I can't remember but it had open signups quite often

I have read about this problem somewhere in the HD-Torrents forum.
The explanation of the staff is that when an invited user reaches a good ratio, they remove it from the invite list. The only ones left in your invite list are the ones who need supervision from you. Kinda weird right?

That is bizarre logic indeed and really makes no sense.
