I'm a massive gamer but don't know a whole lot about trackers.

I'm part of Underground Gamer and Bit Gamer.

Eventually I want to become part of BCG but I heard that they don't even do invites anymore. Like it was changed to referrals or something - and even then I don't know if that was taken out.

Back in the day BCG did at times have open reg but I don't know if that happens anymore.

So I just wanted to know if anyone could shed any light on this for me.

They don't have invites/referrals. They DO have still open registration on this link -> http://www.blackcats-games.net/signup.php they have been open a few days ago they are open a lot but you need just to catch in the right time. I would suggest you to set that page as your home page so every time you open the browser you might have luck and they will be open :D

They also give invites in the irc channel:
