Sport-Scene is the one i know. They have some 30 for 30 ESPN films there.

As lolicore said, TYT is the place you'll find many NFL Films features. Good luck getting in though. They don't give out invites, and registrations only opens sporadically. Although you can register on thier forum site to monitor when the tracker will open registrations (usually at the beginning of football season).
