RevolutionTT and waffles are my trackers that are most hard to seed. TorrentDamage/TorrentLeech/IPT are fairly easy to maintain a good ratio IMO.

I'd have to say Waffles. But take note that uploading your own content allows you to build an excellent ratio buffer.
what.cd for me
waffles is impossible to seed!
on waffles you can find music to upload or apps, on what.cd is much harder to find something to upload....
for me waffles and bitmetv
bitmetv and bitme
what.cd and waffles too but not as difficult.
on bitme you can find documentaries to upload, very easy to find some and upload them on bitme.....
