Thread: Interesting article on the Scene

I was just killing time waiting for B2S to open up again and stumbled accross Wired 13.01: The Shadow Internet .

Its an article in Wired magazine dating back to January 2005(!) about the structure of the Scene and Topsites and all the levels involved in the pyramid and how the files start their journey and end up on our HDDs. I found it fascinating even though its old now and I'm sure many of you already knew all about it but its definately worth a read IMO.

Just found a series about 'the scene', done by a company set up by people connectected to the article above.

I know that these have both been posted in the past, but they are certainly worthy of the time of any interested about how the bulk of our pirated goods are delivered to us.

Wow, this was pretty cool to read and watch, even though its old =)

i had once downloaded these frm the site.....pretty interesting to say the least.....thnks for finding it once again for us....will watch this once more...there is also a second part of this.
