    Default just have a chat with B2S staff

    i just login to B2S irc and asking some questions with one of the staff.he is quite rude and impatience
    he said using korean proxy to register is called cheating,which means only korean people can have an account there(i dont know this).then he banned me
    btw if this is cheating,then wasn't it against TI rules??(just asking)
