Thread: New Lease on Torrents :D

Hey everyone, I haven't been on the site in a long time, but I'm back with some need of advice.

Before, I had to work with the limited, slow internet speed of my school dorms, but now I'm moved off campus and have speeds of ~25mbps. I've never had anything this fast before, and I really want to get back into private trackers.



My profile is still at only 10%, so requesting invites is a no-no, and free invites seem to get taken quickly.


Does anyone have any advice as to how I just quickly jump on a private tracker and start building up my reputation? The last time I was given a free invite, the original person was banned from that site and then all of their invites (me included) were kicked off as well. So I'm really starting from scratch.

What kind of content are you looking for? To get rep on here, you need to be active. Volunteer your time to help others, respond to posts with insightful comments, and try to make a difference for another struggling or new member.

There is no definitive guide on how to get invited to all of the good trackers, but you should start out with getting an invite to IPT or BHD (easy to seed and easy to get an invite) then you can build a good stats there and apply to other trackers on here.

You should of course also try to be active on here, but that's only half of it.
