    Bitme is best of all it has every thing you want and demonoid too i download some use full video tutorials from demonoid

    Personally I think one of the most excellent resources is library.nu and it's not even a tracker, and don't forget iTunes U. With regards to trackers and e-learning I find that Bibliotik is slightly overrated (but great for literature and novels ebooks) and instead of hunting a Bibliotik invite and regarding it as the holy grail of everything ebook/audiobook/elearning, go for Demonoid, Myanonamouse, Bitspyder and Docspedia. All of the latter are easy to find invites to on this site.

    not a tracker, but Khan Academy has a ton of great videos on all kinds of subjects (though mainly math and science)
    in terms of textbooks, i would look on demonoid and you should be able to find them, assuming they exist
