I would go with:

TD
IPT
TL

Still trying to get an invite to SCC

For me IPTorrents is probably the best! - biggest content with lot of freeleech.

Second - TL - Ok for ratio and good pretimes.

And the third is MIA ( missing in action :), seem`s to me that guys here love scc and ptn so I`m looking forward to get them :)

For me so far, its
1. What (not just music!)
2. IPT
3.TL (But IPT is way better imo)

Those are my main ones but I'm sure there's much better out there

2. TL
3. GFT

Personally I check IPT, then FTN, and last TL

For me:

IPT - has a lot of content, and even before i had a seedbox, i was able to maintain a good ratio on a crappy connection
Demonoid - massive collection of torrents, speeds are so-so, but the content is my reason for being there
Speed - I like this tracker, community based, friendly people


Mind you, i have accounts at TL, TD, RevTT and i put those three there because i judge them by ease of use rather than fame. I don't care how famous a tracker is, if it's hard to keep a ratio and seed, then what's the sense? TL is probably the only tracker i have that i rarely use. Wait times are annoying.

Mine Would be:

GFT
TL or RevTT

SCC/IPT/BitMe.

I use these guys religiously.
